Here you can set global if the desk is just not bookable, you could link it with a Tag (for ex. cleaning or broken). If you wish to connect the desk to a specific user, this user should be registered in the system (Login via www.my.ROOMZ.io). The user is able to release his desk if he is not using it (See our User guide for more information) :

You can select for every day (Working days in the settings of the building) another person, only click on the little arrow on the right and choose whether the table should be assigned or bookable on this day, you can also invite new people and make the table bookable for this day. Settings for "All" overwrite the entire week.
