Overview

Our workspaces receive a stock image by default. This default image can now be customised and replaced with a customer-specific image (recommended size 642x428 and max 1 MB)

These images can be customised for the following workspaces:

How to change the default image

To change the default image, you need the Role Administrator or Workspace Manger.

  1. If you would like to update your default image, need to go to Setup → Photos:

  1. You now can click to on the picture you would like to change, and select UPLOAD NEW PHOTO:

  1. Now select your image, scale it and click on SAVE:

  2. You now have updated the default images for all the meeting rooms at your Region.

How to change an image for a specific workspace

To change the individual image of a desk, you need the Role Administrator or Workspace Manger.

  1. To change an individual Image, you need to go to the workspace details, (my Organisation → your building → your floor → the space). You can now click on the default image on the left of your space name:

  2. You now can click to UPLOAD NEW PHOTO to select your new image for this space.

  1. Now select your image, scale it and click on SAVE:

  1. You now have updated the images for that specific space
