Manage Devices in the Portal

Open

1. Login to the Portal and enter the Setup page

2. Select Devices

3. You can sort the list depending on the Type ; Friendly name ; Serial number ; MAC address or Pending updates

4. To register new devices, more detail in the following article

5. Select some devices if you would like to manage them

   1. Send a network update to the device

   2. Cancel network update on the devices

6. Here you can export a .CSV with all your devices

7. To select the current list, click once here.

   1. If you would like to select all devices, “select all 106 devices”:

      Open

      

   2. you see now that 106 devices are selected:

   3. click again to unselect all.

As described in the previous part, you can export a .csv file with the following information:

1. Serial Number

2. Mac Address

3. Type

4. Device Name

5. Workspace Name

6. Floor Name

7. Building Name

8. Battery Status

9. Battery Voltage

10. Connectivity

11. Wi-Fi Strength

12. Last Seen

13. Activation Date
