Who can use the export feature

All Administrators and Workspace Managers are able to export the list in the Region they have this role

How can the list be exported

Navigate in the Portal to myOrganisation and select Actions → Export all workspaces to CSV:

What does the list contain

The list contains all workspaces from the Region, you will get a line per space with the following information:

workspace ID
Name
Type
Floor
Building
Has this space a Sensor linked?
Associated Resource
Option set of the space
Autorelease enabled or not?
