With granted access, you can set who you want to allow access to your portal. Once granted access is permitted, your ROOMZ partner (reseller) or ROOMZ (Roomz Support) will have administrator access to your portal.
Without granted access, your ROOMZ partner will not have access to your portal and ROOMZ Support will only have limited read access. ROOMZ support could ask you for the granted access to investigate an issue.
How can I control Access?
To allow access, you must go to Settings under Security, Granted access, where you can change the settings at any time:
What are the default values
By default, both settings are set to No.
