Overview
The System Health – Devices page provides an overview of all registered devices and allows administrators to monitor status, apply filters, and adjust list settings. It is primarily used to quickly identify devices that need attention, check their connectivity and power state, and locate them within the building layout.
How to access the report
From the homescreen
From the homescreen, you can see a brief overview of the device’s health. If you click on details, you will be redirected to the device health page, and a filter will be set to only show devices with the status “need attention”:
From the portal menu
To access the report without any preset filter, you can navigate to the health on the left and select “Device Health.”
