As a "Technical contact", you will receive notifications regarding the status of you ROOMZ system.
Currently, the System Health Notifications will inform you about which batteries need to be changed. In the future, it will also inform you about the connectivity of your devices to the ROOMZ Server, and the connectivity of your ROOMZ Server to your Booking System.
In order to edit the list of Technical Contacts, go to Setup - Global Settings and click Technical contact information.
For the batteries needing attention, the email will be sent once a week with, each time, only the new devices needing attention. A new email will then be sent in case the battery status of a device is changing, compared to the previous email (e.g., if you changed the battery and the issue is solved).
