Tags can be used to define the properties of a Workspace. You can define your own categories of tags, based on what’s important for you and your organization.

Create your categories

Go to Setup - Tags and create the categories of your choice.

Open

For each category, you can choose the supported Workspaces

Open

Then, add as many Tags as you would like, for each category

Affect Tags to Workspaces

When you create or edit a Workspace (see here), you can specify which tags are relevant.

You can do this from the list of Workspaces:

Finding a workspace based on a tag

Using myROOMZ, you’ll be able to find a Workspace based on the wished properties.
