Settings in the Portal:
Go to Setup - Global Settings - Technical and tools and deactivate Roomz account and Microsoft account, only leave Google as on yes.
Now you can go to the register myROOMZ and allow self-signup. (This allows the system to accept new users, if this setting is on No, you will have to add every user to the user list. It makes more sense to have only one user database in Google)

For myROOMZ Mobile, the users shall select only Google to login:
