Login with ROOMZ Account

Settings in the Portal:

  1. Go to Setup - Global Settings - Technical and tools and deactivate Google account and Microsoft account, only leave ROOMZ as on yes.

  2. Now you can go to the register myROOMZ and allow self-signup. (This allows the system to accept new users, if this setting is on No, you will have to add every user to the user list. )

  3. For a new user, he can create now his own account by clicking on the login page to create new account and select then ROOMZ:

 

 

For myROOMZ Mobile, the users shall select only Roomz to log in:
