Lifetime

The lifespan of our product batteries typically ranges between 2 and 4 years, contingent upon usage patterns.

Factors influencing battery consumption include:

  • Polling Interval (1h recommended)

  • Network quality and architecture

  • Frequency of meetings or connections with our server

Status

Battery status indicators can be found under "System Health" or on the device itself under "Health":

  • Green indicates a healthy battery

  • Orange signifies a low battery, the device remains operational with no immediate action required

  • Red indicates a critically low battery requiring replacement

In the event of a red status, the designated technical contact email (you can adjust these in the Global Settings → Technical contact information) will receive a notification prompting battery replacement.
