Basic requirement for the dashboard

  • Advanced analytics subscription (contact Sales if you wish a demo)

  • Sensors for the workspaces need to be analysed (Room, Desk,)

  • Booking system for the workspaces need to be analysed:

Where does the data come from

The data for this Dashboard comes from the Sensors and the booking systems (myROOMZ and the roombookingsystem). We analyse only presence-data on working days between the working hours (Can be changed in the building details). Data outside this period is currently not taken into account. This dashboard shows no-shows, and it is a comparison between the sensor data and the bookings.

In the dashboard we show % this means how many events are detected as now shows. (Ex. 10% means one out of 10 events are detected as no-show)

Definition of a now-Show

No-Shows are only available for the workspaces desk and room:

  • Desk: a now show for a desk is if the sensor have no presence for the booked time period; Full day (0:00 to 23:59) or half day (0:00 to 11:59 / 12:00 to 23:59). A desk which is allocated to a specific person is analysed like a full day booked desk.

  • Meeting room: a now-Show is if we have no presence is detected for the entire duration of the meeting or the meeting is by auto-release

  • Huddle room: a now-show is not possible, the Huddle is not bookable.

  • Parking slot: a parking slot have no sensor so, we are not able to see if there was a now-show

  4. In the monthly profile you are able to see how the no-shows are over the months. (if you have selected more than one year the date will be aggregated for the months, in the example above we have for Jan, Feb and Marc an aggregation of two years data)

  5. In the selected time period you are able to see the data over the selected time period

  6. In the buildings, you can compare the selected buildings or floors if you open a building with the +.
