Go to http://portal.roomz.io , on Setup - Devices

Find the device by using its friendly name or serial number, and click on the 3 dots

The option "Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" will appear

You will be routed to our RMA page. Fill in all the necessary information and click "Send RMA"
