If your ROOMZ Device is facing an issue, you can request a RMA by doing the following.
Go to http://portal.roomz.io , on Setup - Devices
Find the device by using its friendly name or serial number, and click on the 3 dots.
The option Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will appear.
You will be routed to our RMA page. Fill in all the necessary information and click "Send RMA"
We will contact you by email as quickly as possible in order to help you with your device, or give you instruction about where to send it back.
