The ROOMZ Server Cloud is running on Microsoft Azure's servers (currently in West Europe only) The list of possible outgoing IP addressesaddress used in order to communicate with the booking systems is available here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56519 From this list, please extract the addresses listed under AzureCloud.westeuropethe following : 13.80.100.184 If your IT infrastructure requires it, make sure to allow those this IP addresses address to communicate with your booking system. Doing this ensures the good synchronization between the ROOMZ Server and your agendas, and avoids the error message "Agenda of room room_name is currently not available" on the displays. |
