The ROOMZ Server Cloud is running on Microsoft Azure's servers (currently in West Europe only)

The outgoing IP address used in order to communicate with the booking systems is the following : 13.80.100.184

If your IT infrastructure requires it, make sure to allow this IP address to communicate with your booking system.

Doing this ensures the good synchronization between the ROOMZ Server and your agendas, and avoids the error message "Agenda of room room_name is currently not available" on the displays.
