Whats are steps to ensure that a specific Roomz display will connect to a specific portal ?

1. Each device is linked to a single organization and workspace within that organization.

2. Authentication is done using the device's serial number and access token.

3. After authentication, the device can only receive information from the linked workspace in the same organization.

4. The security is ensured by a relational model and internal mechanisms.

 It is also important to mention that devices communicate with the ROOMZ Server using only their serial number, ensuring that no information about the linked workspace or organization is transmitted.
