Customers

Invite your customers to the ROOMZ portal by going to Setup - Customers

A new customer can be invited with the Add new customer button

Define the name of the company, the currency and the email address of the first admin, who will receive an invitation to login to the ROOMZ Portal

By default, you will not be able to access to your customer's account. A customer can choose to let you access his cloud tenant by going to Setup - Global Settings and choosing Let my reseller manage my ROOMZ Portal

For the customers having chosen this option, you will access to their tenant when you click on the name of your company, on the top right of your screen. Then, choose between your different customers
