On this page we explain how to handle the recycling of ROOMZ devices and batteries.
Display and Sensor (Hardware)
Whenever possible we advise our customers to ship a defect device back to our site, so we are able to reuse the different parts. If this is somehow not possible our devices are recyclable as following:
Inside Switzerland and Europe
Dispose at every local electronics stores
Dispose at local recycling center
Outside Europe
Please proceed according to your local information regarding electronic waste (widely known as WEEE or e-waste)
Batteries
We use lithium-ionen batteries which are recyclable at most local electronics stores or battery recycling point. If you are located outside of Europe, please proceed according to your local information.
