How to change the time zone ?
Go to the building and then select "details". You can change the settings with the Edit button, then select your desired time zone:
We have several domains, only users from one domain can log in.

The auto-release of a meeting is not working
Make sure that the meeting was organized one day before the actual date.
The meeting will not be cancelled, it will be shorted to the duration set in the option sets
Does the ROOMZ Cloud fall under the cloud act?
No, as a Swiss company, ROOMZdoes not fall under the US Cloud Act. However, ROOMZ partly uses servers in the EU (Azure) that are operated by a company that falls under the US Cloud Act (Microsoft). ROOMZ has implemented all necessary measures to comply with any data protection requirements in this regard.
