Does the ROOMZ Cloud fall under the cloud act?

No, as a Swiss company, ROOMZ is not covered by the US Cloud Act. However, ROOMZ partly uses servers in the EU (Azure) that are operated by a company that falls under the US Cloud Act (Microsoft). Roomz has implemented all necessary measures to comply with any data protection requirements in this regard.
