Supported booking systems

Your existing booking system must be configured so that the ROOMZ Server can exchange data with it.

Differences between M365 Graph Delegation and Application Permission connectors.

Application Permission:

  • Is the official recommendation from Microsoft to connect a service like ROOMZ.

  • Client secret must be renewed every 2 years, if this is forgotten ROOMZ can no longer synchronize calendar data.

  • Currently no MFA possible.
