Mostly we have issues with the Google configuration if one of the following points were not done correctly

The guide wasn’t followed correctly so the resources weren’t shared with the service user yet or there are not the right permissions set
To troubleshoot the issue requires usually more time than to redo the configuration from the start, that’s why we recommend to redo the config according to the guide Google Workspace using an super admin user
