Common Issues
Mostly we have issues with the Google configuration if one of the following points were not done correctly
During the initial configuration there wasn’t a super admin user used (not enough access) Google Workspace (Service Account) | 1️⃣ Overview
The guide wasn’t followed correctly so the resources weren’t shared with the service user yet or there are not the right permissions set
To troubleshoot the issue requires usually more time than to redo the configuration from the start, that’s why we recommend to redo the config according to the guide Google Workspace (Service Account) using an super admin user
E-Mail of organizator shown instead of name
If you used the Google Service Account method, control that the super admin email was entered in the booking system settings in the portal.
