One of the unique features of the Roomz Sensor is its ability to automatically release rooms when they are not in use. Here's how the automated release works:
At the beginning of a meeting: The Roomz Sensor always takes measurements at the start of a meeting, remaining vigilant in the room to detect any human presence.
Waiting period: During the first 15 minutes of the meeting (this time can be adjusted in the settings), the sensor will not intervene and allows the meeting to proceed as usual.
Presence detection: If the Roomz Sensor detects any human presence in the room during the waiting period, it will not disrupt the meeting and will continue to operate normally.
Automatic release: However, if no presence is detected during the waiting period, the sensor will automatically release the room. This means the room becomes available for other users, preventing unnecessary and ghost reservations.
