The "Option Set" section allows you to set up the calendar view on the display and some other functions.

A Meeting titles

Be careful, if you are using Microsoft for your booking system, you must first visit this section: Microsoft 365 (Delegation Permission) | Meeting Title & Private Flag

B Meeting organizer

C Overview

This option allows you to display the banner on the right, which is the overview of the day

D Reservation status

To display the current status of the room.

E In weekly view, this option allows you to choose the first day to display

F In weekly view, this option allows you to display or not display the meeting titles OR the organizer

G To choose the default view

H Allows you to activate or deactivate the different functions available from the screen

Allow reservation directly from the tablet

Allow the release of the room directly from the tablet

Allow manual refresh directly from the tablet

This option allows you to free the room at the end of the defined time, in order to avoid ghost meetings. The Display will update 5' after the Auto release time (ex. 9:00 to 9:15 was no presence, the meeting will be shortened to 15' and at 9:20 the Display will show again available).

This option requires a room sensor installed in the room.
