Desk option set

The "Option Set" section allows you to set up behaviour of the Hot Desk, if it is set up as a hot desk

1. Access to the section :

You can now set activate the “Show reservation status” if so you could select a time. In our example, we select 1h. This means a desk will be reserved for one hour without any movements. The colour is like this:

Sensor is detecting movement: the status goes from green to red.
After 15 minutes without movements, the status will go to orange (If the “show reservation status” is switched off, the status will now go back to green)
After 1h without movements, the status will go back to green.
