The ROOMZ display is over our ROOMZ server connected to your meeting room calendar and shows the actual meeting information of one room in a daily or weekly view. You can also do spontaneous bookings or release the a meeting if you’re done more early.

How to instant / spontaneous book?

Press the button “Book” on the left followed by choosing your preferred timeframe on the right.

Can a ROOMZ Display catch fire?

The safety of the displays was tested according to IEC 62368-1, which replaced IEC/EN 60950-1 and IEC 60065. The declaration of conformity can be found below, the corresponding test report is available on request.
The housing of the displays consists exclusively of non-combustible RF1 materials (aluminium and glass). There are no external cables.
