How to change the time zone ?

Go to the building and then select "details". You can change the settings with the Edit button, then select your desired time zone:

Does the ROOMZ Cloud fall under the cloud act?

No, as a Swiss company, ROOMZ does not fall under the US Cloud Act. However, ROOMZ partly uses servers in the EU (Azure) that are operated by a company that falls under the US Cloud Act (Microsoft). ROOMZ has implemented all necessary measures to comply with any data protection requirements in this regard.
