How to change the time zone ?

The timezone is critical information for bookings and must be handled carefully when changing it. Please contact ROOMZ Support and ask them to change the timezone. We will do the change for you and ensure that the system will continue running smoothly.

Does the ROOMZ Cloud fall under the cloud act?

No, as a Swiss company, ROOMZ does not fall under the US Cloud Act. However, ROOMZ partly uses servers in the EU (Azure) that are operated by a company that falls under the US Cloud Act (Microsoft). ROOMZ has implemented all necessary measures to comply with any data protection requirements in this regard.
