To ensure proper compatibility of the ROOMZ Displays with your environment, your Wi-Fi network and settings have to satisfy the following conditions:

Radio Band	2.4 and / or 5 GHz (depending on the version) Display hardware versions 2.1 and 2.2 support only 2.4GHz frequency. All other hardware versions support dual-band operation. The device performs a scan to select and connect to the best available signal, regardless of whether it's on the 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency band. Please note that it is not possible to force a dual-band device to connect to a specific frequency; it will automatically select the best available signal based on its scanning and signal strength criteria.
