Uploading a Floorplan, drawing and creating Spaces, linking resources and devices

In order to upload a Floorplan, navigate to the floor of your choice, and click on the Plan tab

Once you're there, select Upload a plan and search for your *.jpg or *.png file.

The file size should not exceed 1 Mo.

There are no constraints in terms of image definition.

Once the plan is uploaded, you can draw Spaces. In Space Manager mode, choose the type of Space you would like to draw.

(Room, Desk, Huddle or Parking, you can also define where a Viewer is located)

After creating a shape, you can directly bind it to an existing Space. You can also create a new Space.

Right after picking or creating the Space, you can choose a resource (in case the Space is bookable) with which it should be linked.

You can also immediately assign the device(s) that are working with this Space.

Remember that you can multi-select existing shapes and copy-paste them, to make the creation much faster

Once you're happy with the plan, you can leave the plan editor. Your changes will be automatically saved.
