What is a Huddle space

A huddle space is a non-bookable room that is equipped with a ROOMZ huddle sensor. The huddle changes colour from green to red as soon as movement is detected. 15 minutes after the last movement the huddle changes colour from red back to green, after this time we can make sure that the room is really free again.

This status can be displayed via myROOMZ or via a visualisation.

Instructions

If you wish to create your Huddle room without plan, click Add spaces.

You can choose now huddle:

Open

Once the Huddle is created, click on it

A Huddle Space needs a connected huddle sensor, you can add the sensor under devices, further information are here
