Once the desk is created, click on it and select the type, there are different options available. You can also allocate external people (e.g. visitors) over invitation. The setting "All" overwrites the entire week.

Hot Desk
Settings for a hot desk (non-bookable desk), anybody can see the availability on the live plan (viewer as example on a smart TV). A hot desk will switch immediately to red if it detects someone occupying it, after 15 min. without movement the color will change to orange. In the option set of a hot desk, you can select the time it will take until the desk goes back to green. If you want to use the hot desk, you will need to connect a desk sensor to the space, detailed information you can find here
Bookable Desk
Settings for a bookable desk (bookable via https://my.roomz.io/ ):
Allocated Desk
Settings for an allocated desk (fix desk used by a single person or a function (Tag)), select the days of allocation (for example another person each day)
In the setting below, the desk is allocated to the user Christoph Witzemann on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the remaining days the desk is bookable via myROOMZ
Anonymous Desk
Settings for an anonymous desk, the desk is shown with a red status in myROOMZ and/or the live plan and isn’t bookable. This type could be used for example if the desk is moved to another location or needs to be blocked for other reasons.
