How to get the SN / MAC of a device

In this page, we’ll explain to you the different methods how to get the serial numbers or mac addresses of your ROOMZ devices.

1. How to get the serial number or mac address for one device in the ROOMZ portal

2. Export the serial numbers and mac addresses to an .csv sheet in the ROOMZ portal

Now you can edit the Serial number and the MAC addresses as you wish

Export a list of all devices

1. Navigate to Setup > Devices > Export to CSV

2. You’ll get a csv file with the data of the devices
