Export logs
If the support asks you to extract the logs from ROOMZ TOOLs you can follow this guideline:
Download and install ROOMZ Tools
Connect the device via micro-USB Cable
Navigate to
Troubleshooting->TerminalClick on
OpenAfter the terminal ends, you can navigate on the top right to
Menuand thenopen log folderZip all files in the folder and send the .zip file to support@roomz.io
