Export logs

If the support asks you to extract the logs from ROOMZ TOOLs you can follow this guideline:

  1. Download and install ROOMZ Tools

  2. Connect the device via micro-USB Cable

  3. Navigate to Troubleshooting -> Terminal

  4. Click on Open

  5. After the terminal ends, you can navigate on the top right to Menu and then open log folder

  6. Zip all files in the folder and send the .zip file to support@roomz.io
