User Interface

The ROOMZ Display contains the agenda of a meeting room and is composed by the following:

1. Current date (the format can be modified)

2. Current status of the room, and the next scheduled change of state

3. Current and upcoming meetings, containing start time, end time, the organizer and the title (displayed infos can be customized)

4. Name of the room (can be customized)

5. Overview of the daily occupancy

6. Description of the current available functions (can be customized)

7. User buttons used to activate the corresponding functions
